If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days, unused, and with its original packaging for an exchange or refund. We do not pay return postage and recommend that you request a 'Proof of Posting' certificate from the Post Office.
Defective Goods
Should any goods delivered by us be defective simply return them to us as soon as possible for exchange or full refund (including delivery and return postage costs). We will refund the postage and recommend that you request proof of posting from the Post Office.
This guarantee in no way affects your statutory rights.
