Every effort will be made to fulfil your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). In the unlikely event where an item(s) is not available, you will be contacted and advised of the stock availability. In the event of goods not being available and a substitute is provided the cost of returning substitute goods will be refunded.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days, unused, and including all original packaging for an exchange or refund.
We do not pay return postage and recommend that you request proof of posting from the Post Office.
Defective Goods
Should any goods delivered by us be defective simply return them to us as soon as possible for exchange or full refund (including delivery and return postage costs). We will refund the postage and recommend that you request proof of posting from the Post Office.
This guarantee in no way affects your statutory rights.

VAT
All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. VAT will be refunded on all orders from the Channel Islands.
WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
· Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Homeway Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
