It's the old cliche that I don't normally write endorsements, but I was so
utterly impressed by the speed of your service that I felt I must in this
case. My partner suffers from allergies and the equipment was essential for
our upcoming holiday, so it was important that we got the products without
hassle. I placed an order at 9pm and the delivery driver arrived the
following day!
I must also praise the staff member (Sheila I believe) that I spoke to on
the phone for being incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. I will

Last Thursday morning I 'phoned and ordered six of the above padlocks.
At 8.15 am on Friday the postman rang my doorbell with the packet in his hand. Now that's what I call service!
I have never before sent such a letter/e-mail of this nature, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. From the girl who took my 'phoned order and all down the line, I am most impressed. It is a pity that other mail-order companies are not up to your standard.

I was made aware of the need for luggage locks that could be locked for insurance purposes, but openable and lockable by TSA inspectors for a forthcoming to visit to family in California.
The Daily Telegraph Travel Website gave me your details and I placed an order for two lockable luggage straps. These were delivered to me in less than 22 hours. which is sensational. Inthis day and age there is a tendency to moan, groan and generally throw brickbats, but it gives me great pleasure to do the opposite and praise an astounding level of service.

I am just writing to thank you for the fast and speedy response to my internet order.
I ordered the goods late on Sunday night when I found that I needed PacSafe TSA Locks, rather than normal locks, to secure my luggage when we transit through the USA. They arrived by first class mail this morning (Wednesday - posted Monday) and have solved what would have been a potential headache.
I cannot thank you enough and I will recommend your site to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.
